Community rules
What we ask of everyone on PlusOne.
Be yourself: your first name, your real age and recent photos of you. We check every new photo before anyone else sees it.
One account per phone number.
A date is paid for in the app before you go. If you're invited, your share is ₦1,500 at most, and paying it is your yes. If they say no, you're refunded in full.
Cancel within 24 hours of the date and your share isn't refunded: the venue held the table. Cancelling for safety, blocking or reporting always refunds you both in full.
Not turning up costs reliability points, and other members can see your reliability.
Be respectful. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable; the Safety Desk reviews reports.
Leave out your phone number, Instagram and workplace from your profile. Share those yourself once you've met.
If someone breaks these rules
Report them from anywhere in the app, or email safety@plusone.ng. Blocking doesn't tell them.
